Haven't received your Glute Activator Yet?

We have produced all Glute Activators to fulfill our Kickstarter orders AND have sent shipments to most of you. If you have not yet received your Glute Activator, it may be because you have not yet completed your backer survey.

Please check your email for a message from "BackerKit". In that email you should have a link to your survey. 

The BackerKit survey gives you the chance to securely share your shipping address, add on extra product (for an incredible discount) and pay for shipping. Once you complete your survey, we can usually ship out your product within a couple of days.

Getting Ready to Start Shipping in Mid August!
We are so happy to share that things are progressing really well. Our production process is currently underway, and everything is coming together just as planned. We have also sent our instruction manuals to the printer, and we expect to receive the printed copies back within the next two weeks.

It has been an incredible journey to get to this point, and we are beyond excited to soon be sending the Glute Activators out to all of you. We can’t wait for you to have them in your hands and start feeling the benefits for your glutes and lower backs.

Thank you so much for your continued support and patience throughout this process. Your encouragement means the world to us and keeps us motivated every day. We will be sure to share more updates as we get closer to shipping.

BackerKit Survey Coming Soon

Soon, you’ll receive an email from us with a special link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.

You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond. Answer the questions about your reward preferences, provide shipping information, and purchase add-on items if you like. You don’t have access to this survey link yet, but it will be available soon via email!

After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts.

If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at https://gluteactivator.backerkit.com.

If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account. If you have another email address that you prefer to use, please contact support at https://gluteactivator.backerkit.com/faq.

We have exciting news to share on the progress front! 🎉

✅ We’ve officially produced 400 Glute Activator sacral grips — the patented component designed to gently hug your sacrum and reset your alignment.
✅ Our steel shipment is now enroute to our Ann Arbor assembly center.

All of this means we're on track to begin Glute Activator shipments by mid-August — just as planned!

Thanks to your incredible support, the Glute Activator campaign was a huge success. We're beyond grateful to have over 690 backers join us on this mission to help relieve lower back pain, strengthen glutes, and move better every day.

We’re excited to let you know that we've already placed our purchase order for raw materials, and our production team is hard at work manufacturing the parts for your Glute Activators.

Our goal is to keep things moving quickly and efficiently while maintaining the high standard of quality you deserve. We’ll continue to share updates as we move through each production milestone — bar-bending, grip assembly, user instruction completion and packaging.
